Given the companies heavy involvement in the medical industry, medical services are offered in-house, visitation, and even field medics. Such services may call for advanced notice to best facilitate services, whether it is providing medical staff for an event, or setting a field medical tent for the campaign. Services include Surgeons, Mage healers, Aether mending, Prosthetics, etc. For specialized medical care seek further consultation.
Procurement
Given the extensive production of alchemical products, the company procures high quantities of quality ingredients that can be sold to other prospective users. If the item is not in our stock then an order can be made to acquire said goods. Perhaps interested in artifacts or more exotic and ancient items? Expeditions may be set out on your behalf.
Unorthodox Activity
Although the company maintains a rather specific theme across its business it has in rare instances taken on rather niche contracts both publicly, and off record. Whether it be aiding resistance forces, fueling war efforts, extending existing logistical operations, or aiding in reconstruction efforts.

Recruitment
A booming business has led to an ever-increasing workload and a demand for more hands and minds. What better way to meet the demand than to continue the companies expansion by taking on people for employment. In the companies pursuit of being self-sufficient, we are seeking all kinds of individuals such as Alchemists, Healers, Hunters, Botanists, Capable fighters, Logistical themed professions, and other various company-related positions that cover the whole range of its operation. The Red Crest will find a place for you to shine in.
We are a heavy RP FC/CWL hoping to create an atmosphere of weekly rp events with the opportunity for daily rp that's supported through post-event follow-ups or smaller ongoing rp consistency. Our interests also extend to public event hosting. We also like to promote PvE (Dailies, maps, raids, etc) among members.
There is heavy utilization of discord where we rely upon member feedback and participation (sign-ups, announcements, discussions, planning, etc). We are based in the PST/EST time zone and do seasonal availability checks to keep our activity set to optimal times. Peak activity times thus far have typically been in the evening.
As for what we are looking for, we hope to find individuals who are seeking an RP heavy group that seeks grounded reactions and a level of professionalism as a medical institution. Although we have no set requirements in activity we still desire to have members who are present and participate, people we can become friends with and get to know. However we do wish to avoid patch hype ghosters. We hope to catch you at events or engaging in the discord/chats and those who find DMing or help in officer like positions are especially sought after. we wish to foster a community where members are proactive and feel motivated to reach out to their fellow members to start RP or just have a conversation.
